RE: RE: Facts and unknowns

RE: RE: Facts and unknownsThe questions, still unanswered but various claims are:
How much cash do they have now, how much do they need to survive for some stated period of time. Say 3 months or 6 months. Whether they had 12, 35 or whatever the claims, how much do they  have now is what counts, and what are there cash needs over next months. Real BASIC stuff.
Next re a buy out. If somebody is about to buy, then who, and why all the sales? Is it manipulation to keep price down, so low ball offer seems reasonable, or is actual selling from need to raise cash. Should be very easy to figure out, by any investigation, as if somebody sells millions of shares, and they previously owned them, it would be obvious. Further, since when have you last heard about a rumoured buy out, and the stock goes DOWN! Now that must be a first. Is it another claim to good managment and BOD guidance??? This seems like one case where a real rumour would run the stock UP not down, at these prices. So how is that explained. I know, the sellers are masochistic.
Forget all the chatter, reality is, where is our managment and BOD??? Absent without leave?? Trying hard maybe to get the offer over .05, who knows? I don't that is for sure, and am not convinced anyone here does either. As for CIBC, they have bought 8500 shares, correct. Now that is a statment, about $1000. Maybe its their takeover move! It is based on their consulting no doubt. I am impressed! LOL
