Here we have as you say: "BOD has been improved" I am not even convinced until I see something real done by these folks, that it is a true statement. I am not interested in what they say about each other, it is what they DO in their role. As I understand this situation, and this is pure opinion from some, the current BOD is sort of active, but with one intention, to sell this company. It is not even clear that they have EVER tried to look at running this company as an ongoing entity.If this is not correct, time will tell, or will you EVER know, what they actually tried to accomplish with your assets? You can say sit back, do not do this or that, and be like Gandhi. I on the other hand, have money, time and when I get pissed at this point, I will try for justice. So I am saying here clearly, if I find out anything is wrong, and can be pursued, I will do whatever I can. I already have taken certain steps. This is my right, if everything is OK, then no worry, its just a loss, which I can well afford. On the other hand, I have the fortunate position to not be afraid of anyone, or anything at this point, and am well funded, with lots of friends to help out. So I am just waiting for the outcome. They always say, give a man enough rope. Well the rope is out there, don't you think? All of you can just sit and hope and pray if you like, I will definitely take another route. Just for satisfaction if necessary.
