Managment and the BOD here are a complete joke in my opinion. Their record variously with changes ongoing has been consistently failure. The absolute most ridiculous thing, as I see it, is when they keep reiterating that they are doing this or that, are extending this or that, and forming this or that to "PROTECT SHAREHOLDER VALUE" I ask them, could you have done worse to date??? Hello, the share price is at what right now??? What have any of you done to date, other than DECREASE shareholder value?? I suppose you cold claim that all of your work has been to keep it from ZERO. ANYONE looking back at this mess, would rightfully in my opinion be pointing the finger at managment and the BOD. Who else failed to complete any meaningfull deal to date and have appeared to basically put out meaningless nonsense and releases about delays, formations bla bla bla, all the while as the share price declined to where the company now has a cap of what 15 million dollars! If that is protecting shareholder value, what exactly is destroying shareholder value????
Nobody in their right mind, looking at this could conclude much else, in my opinion. So whether it is this director, that manager is a mute point to me: THEY ALL HAVE FAILED.IMO
They should all be fired, the committee disbanded, after selling this immediately to a buyer, if any exists. Other than them of course. I do not know if this or that person made or controls the decision making process, but they all seem pathetic and I feel NOT working in the shareholders best interests.IMO As far as stepping over any lines. What a joke that is, as the only line I see that has been stepped over is the one that seperates performance and failure. To date this crew, I reiterate, is a COMPLETE FAILURE, a disgrace in my opinion, and maybe even worse.IMO
So if they feel offended. TOO BAD. Stick it where the sun don't shine. I am with you my friend. Call it the way it is, identify the past records of these people, hold them accountable, The rest is nonsense. The stock price is destroyed under their tenure, end of story! Of do they work at protecting shareholder value by getting the last .05-.06 down to zero. What a joke! It give a new meaning to the word protection.
