The value of this and the price???

The value of this and the price???That is the problem for current investors, and has been for sometime. The management and BOD have failed miserably to explain why there is such a huge difference. When you consider that it appears these same folks told the world that the reason they felt the stock dropped at one point to a price, which, correct me if wrong, was SEVEN times the current, was probably due to being taken off the index, and then for about two months said that a "special committee" was in place to maximize shareholder value, there is little credibility left. What is the value? It is defined by the picture painted by guess who? Management and BOD, in my opinion. And since they have not explained their analysis, really where it is at clearly, this stock has simply been taken as worth very little, since debts appear to have overwhelmed the ability to keep it going. What we hear is that negotiations are taking place, maybe this, maybe that, people come and go, and overall a completely confusing picture. This from a group who say they want to maximize value. I find it hard to believe, how about you folks? If I want to maximize value, when the stock is near nothing, here is what I would do at an absolute minimum. Tell people what the upside might be, IF, for example X cash can be raised. Tell them what value seems reasonable on some discounted model, considering debt, future production etc etc. Say something which people can relate to, instead of a bunch of BS mumbo jumbo that does nothing but confuse people. That is how I see it. And that is why nobody knows what the shot is here, the can't believe much, they can't figure out much, they do not know how pressed the company is other than obviously at this point very it seems, and generally it has been an exercise in value REDUCTION in my opinion. Could they have to date done worse is a VERY valid question at this point. Follow that with whether there is negligence, in my opinion or other nonsense going on here.IMO
That value, you relate to, is valid many places, but here it has absolutely no relationship, BECAUSE the managment and BOD have destroyed all credibility of that relationship meaning anything.IMO They really have.IMO Question is, for me, on purpose or not. If not, then could they explain their methodology and reasoning of actions to date please? I doubt it.
