RE: The deal that wasn;t!

RE: The deal that wasn;t!Yes indeed, the ALFA deal or no deal was in itself particularly ridiculous, but it was running neck in neck with the Roscan joke, so take your pick of which was worse! This whole deal stinks going back some time.IMO But no matter what the trading patterns and outcome, it ALL points to the managment and BOD of High River Gold. Why? Well just look at the deals, or no deals, the changed deals, the not completed deals, the need for cash in days, with MONTHS of warning signals. Look at the cash gone through, and read the releases, or watch interviews. Look at committee formations, and then no results reported, or at least nothing tangible I am aware of, and ask yourself, WHAT THE F'CK are these people doing???? When you reduce the cap of a company by more than 90% in a few months, with the exact same reserves, and potential, how do you explain it? Spending money, costs out of line along with production. Leaving things to the last possible minute. An what of the shareholders? They just get left wondering at the moves or even the meaning of these. They could have offered stock, which I suggested long ago, to existing shareholders at a higher price than its trading at today, but at a substantial discount to then market price if they needed emergency cash. It is all, a very bad managment and BOD performance. Can legal action be far behind all this stuff, when it appears class action law suits are filed with much less in question. The basis of many actions are that statements, assertions or implied things entice people to purchase based upon what is said.   I am just waiting myself for the final act, and then will absolutely be getting back together with some who want to dig into this mess in detail. I personally think class actions will be forthcoming, but that is just my opinion. The TSE, if what you say is correct, could well get dragged in as well. But more important to me, is what have they been doing anyway. Do the EVER take any action????
All I can say is, give a man enough rope and...... Well there is lots of rope dangling here, and the scramble is on, as I see it, in more than one sense. Hope they pull something meaningfull off, but somehow, if true to form, and the past year, I doubt it. Yes something will happen, but it will probably be at the expense of the long suffering shareholders.IMO
That does not mean it is not something which brings a higher price than it is at right now, but so what, we should NEVER have been here in the first place.IMO That is the main point.
