RE: RE: MANIPULATION LIKE I SAID BEFORE

Severstal is a big company. Their main focus is NOT High River Gold. Not to say they are not going to move forward with a plan, but they have other pressing issues of greater importance right now.IMO They are the largest Steel production company in Russia, and of course things have turned down, and they are cutting back. At the same time, they are looking for some of the Gov. money which has been designated to go to the Russian mining sector. (they are asking for about 263 million) This is current focus.IMO

The last deal they did with the coal company, yes they delisted it and bought out all the shares for over $8. They had over 90% tendered, and they then could force the remaining small percent to take the offer. In the case of HRG, it fits into their plans of moving into the gold business. To buy out the remaining shares, if people believe that is what is going on, they would need to make an offer and have significantly more shares under their control, OR know that a large percentage would be tendered. So why people are selling at these low prices is a question of course wich I cannot yet explain, but it looks to me, STILL, like once they turn their attention to this, it will benefit them to have a share price higher. Nobody in their right mind is going to sell their stock on a buyout at these levels. IMO

The question then becomes, how many shares could they buy up cheap over the next while, even IF they want to do that, (which is far from clear) and when will it eventually tighten up because not everyone, by a long shot, is going to sell their shares down here. And they are not the only ones buying them as well. At some point, because of minority shareholder rights and other factors, this would all become dysfunctional.IMO And remember, it is NOT clear that they are doing anything at this time in this regard.
I think they spend the next while formulating, looking at their options, getting the Gov. funds, and then we see some action re High River Gold. In the meantime, the price, who knows? But I am happy to just keep acquiring, looking for those insane lows again, not that this is not insane. But, since I do not know just how low those sellers are willing to push this, I have my own plan of acquiring going right down to .01. Why not? These are crazy times, so I am ready for crazy prices. Hey, maybe at this rate, I will be one of the biggest shareholders. Can I apply to the BOD for a seat! I promise to learn some Russian. Enough to say, lets move the price up and exercise those warrants! LOL
