RE: RE: RE: Say you prove to be correct....

RE: RE: RE: Say you prove to be correct....Short Story: sympathetic yes, but the story and reality remains: upside and risk say to me buy or hold, depending on your own situation. Severstal and Russia, a familiar and sorry to say, failing pattern it appears, but we do NOT know the final outcome yet. Risk/Reward: upside WAY greater than downside hereIMO.

Yes, of course I sympathetic with all of the various positions we find ourselves in here at the HRG soap opera. One can look back and point fingers, or wonder at the games currently going on, with virtually, it appears, some sort of reverse investor relations effort, where you put out flat news, and very basic non promotional types of stuff, but factual of course. Maybe hoping for NO response or sales of stock keeping the price low.IMO of course.
Leading to exactly what we have. Low volume, no excitement and the long standing and self informed investors waiting to see what direction is taken in the end, and what return they get. Obviously (IMO) this is a decision made by the current management, or they would be far more vocal and promotional in an environment where gold is a MAJOR point of discussion. They control investor relations in the  end.  Of course that leads to the WHY, and you can't help but drift in the direction of the various plots. Like I said, the upside is there, but the degree of future potential, in so far as current investors seems to be the question, depending upon where they go. I said, sometimes these types, ego bound, or whatever, head off in some direction, which proves to cost them more than anyone, in the end, often failing to reach full potential. In this case, here is my view. Raising money right now in the gold sector, is something that is going on. IF you have a stock that is promoted, well known, coupled with production and good management, MANY will want to partner with you and do deals. You CAN float issues, at reasonable prices. IF NOT, you flounder. Russia, its economy is a mess right now. Ruble is at the mercy of the oil price. For what reason? They went down the wrong path, under the ego stewardship of their great "leader" in a complete delusion about cash flows from oil, against spending and NOT diversifying their economy.IMO Old school stuff, from old school guys. Bush and Putin! Here, it may or may not end up the same. Who in their right mind would not want the hedge of a foreign currency entity? AND the ability, if you do it right, to tap into funds in a harder currency. But you DO need to run it and compete on THAT basis, IE like other aggressive, WELL RUN Canadian gold mining entities, like a Kinross, where your shareholder base MATTERS. It can be done, but the jury is out, with all the questions  there and largely NOT ANSWERED, so thus the stock performance muted so far, other than expressing a bit more value than its ridiculous previous lows. However, baring a complete F-up, the price looks to go higher, whichever route they choose, BECAUSE most people see, that in the end they will take, even looking at their history, some sort of self benefit actions, which will also entice, or give current shareholders an upside from the lows, and of course at a higher price than they paid (.20 per share) given the current improved environment (IMO).  That is why I am still here. Simple risk vs reward and percentage potential moving forward. And that brings us right back to the emotional,  the past performance, or whether one is winning or losing situations. It is ALL about NOW, if you are a smart investor. The past is gone. Whatever you have now, one should view it as though you had that cash in your hand. The question then becomes objective and not an emotional one. If I gave any of you the cash, which is the current equivalent of the shares you hold, would you make an investment here??? Given that it appears to me, a profit of between 25% and multiples exists moving forward, I have done this and would. Does it mean anyone who currently is waiting would buy more? No, because they may have commited whatever percent they are comfortable with already. The downside: well can you see 0? Doubt it. Can you see a drop and disposal of assets, or some other outcome, in the worst case? Possible. But, I see bad scenarious with EVERY gold mining situation. The point is, this looks VERY likely to yield, given EVEN the plot many think exists (Severstal manipulating to control 100%) STILL looking to yield  25% from HERE minimum, and maybe way more on some other plan, and more for those who bought at lower prices. For those in at far higher price, well it STILL is 25% upside or MORE as I see it on the current holding. If one does not see this, then they sell and move on.IMO So I am sympathetic, but it does not change the reality of the situation, does it??? So looking at the share volume, which is virtually nothing in either share volume or dollar volume, the outcome is what is being waited for. After all, there are hundred of millions of shares out here, and the volume is pathetically low, and represents absolutely no promotional or investor relations efforts.IMO  I could drum up more volume with ONE phone call! roflmao So relax folks: we are in the waiting game, which will tell all in the end. Maybe the Russians can rise above expectations and surprise! But one thing for sure, not to be smug, the CANADIANS did FAR WORSE! LOL
