There are so many factors, none the least of which is the Severstal situation with respect to their other operations. I think, as mentioned before, that there is a good chance that they do something here to bring up the value, and at the same time complete a resolution to the outstanding debts. The reason they may want to keep dilution down, strangely, instead of diluting or gaining 100% control, might be to bring CAP up and have it look better to investors. This in turn will not hurt this item on their balance sheets. But there are many theories, and few answers. I gave up trying to figure what they end up doing, other than concluding they can't help but see the potential of this situation versus their steel and banking operations currently. Those other operations, look flat at best. Their stock is pounded. They would be purely stupid to throw this into that mess, as what would that accomplish????
