IMO Yes they release news, and no doubt it is factual. But read this board, for an example of what I am talking about. This, a board of people who CLOSELY follow everything about this situation. Do you agree with that? Then ask, why isn't it clear to this board, as is obvious from the posts, whether this is good or bad news. Why? Because of what I am saying to you, they, "as expected"  are not going out of their way to make you, a shareholder aware of the situation, so they release what is required, and in a form leaving lots of questions unanswered. Put another way, ask yourself why they, or their investor relations do not simply answer the questions pondered right here. I rest my case. If they and their investor relations department wanted to EVERYTHING would be clear. But of course it is not. Negative post: well, if the shoe fits.....
