You are also correct that the news release doesnt explain the why part, or offer any insight to the ramifications etc. I have talked to investor relations and they dont seem to know whats going on much either or is that just fear of releasing negative information. Nevertheless I dont see how severstal can get what they want (all of hrg) without paying more than .13 cents a share. Or is their a way for them to screw us over and get away with it???? Your thoughts on this would be appreciated. I have 50000 shares and was thinking of adding to this position.
