RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Does Stockhouse kn

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Does Stockhouse knFirst, I only voice an opinion, I do not know the outcome here. This brings up why I have changed here. The potential is all still there.IMO BUT the risk/reward of it being in favour of the shareholders of record has now decreased from my point of view. I invest where my analysis says, that at the time I invest, the risk/reward is in my favour. I do not change on emotion, I change when I believe something has changed this risk/reward. Here, I now believe that the managment and the BOD are not looking out for the shareholders in general, but for specific interests. That IS my opinion. IF I thought that the outcome would be a continuance of the good managment of assets and that would lead to favorable outcomes for ALL shareholders, I would still have a favorable risk/reward model. Does that mean that the outcome here is not great, or bad or anything in particular. NO. It means I see it differently, and act accordingly.
My current opinion on this, by the way, is right in line with your comments re investor relations. I suggest anyone who has not, should call investor relations. Then ask this: how could INVESTOR RELATIONS not know, and for a longggg time some of the most basic things that I am sure EVERY caller wants to know. You conclude one of a very few choices.IMO They actually do not know! What does that tell you? Are they  purposefully not kept in the loop? What does that say? They do not know by their own choice? What is their job again? What would you know if in that job???  What is their purpose?
Say by chance, it is an even worse scenario: they know lots, they are part and very close to the vested interests, and simply are there to pacify and make it look like somebody cares, and know and have known ALL along what is going on. What would one think then??
Check back on investor relations output over last couple of years, and you can form your own opinion. IN ANY CASE: it does not seem right to me, at the very simplest level, and for a long time.IMO
Now as for how much Severstal pays, if the assumption is that they make  an offer in the first place turns out to be  correct, then you have all sorts of variables at play. Like I said: I now can make far more in other places, and my risk/reward seems better. Here, I will hold a position, greatly reduced, thank goodness IMO, and just watch. I have no feeling on anything, other than, it is a crap shoot. I will not invest with these Russians in the future. Not that they care, but as they move along I am sure they will succesfully turn off many like myself. Not a smart move long term.IMO But that is the history, as I said in a previous post. They continue their legacy.IMO
