Interesting Severstal may spin out gold via IPOI could not access the complete article, but it does make public Mr Zelenski's possible vision for the Severstal gold division. Noteworthy when coupled with Severtstal's current losses, allowing Severstal to tap the equity market to raise the cash to buy out HRG???? If Severstal wants to spin out the gold division then HRG would certainly be an anchor (pardon the pun) in their holdings as HRG would be the largest single producer. Add in Prognoz and Bissa and they have automatic reserves. So, take this for what it's worth, one can only wonder why this "vision" is not part of a larger PR strategy. Remember Mr. Zelenski is the CEO of HRG.
