RE: RE: RE: Severstal pain is our gainSeverstal controls 48.4% of Taparko, so they do not have complete control.  They would need sign off on any spin out with the government, debt holders and HRG stockholders.  So no easy way out for them there.  We are all in the same boat,  what a difference 6 months makes.

I also believe Mr. Deniskin walked the plank  because his strategy failed, and Severstal is on the hook for millions, and as it turns out the gold division is probably looking really good, BUT Severstal has probably mess up their balance sheet for some time to come.
