WHY IS SPROTT INACTIVE IN THIS ROBBERY

WHY IS SPROTT INACTIVE IN THIS ROBBERYSprott and other larger minority shareholders are just sitting back and letting the Russians rob us all.

I am sure that Spott, with its influence in the financial circles, and who stands to loose the most, can have their sources put out the word in the newspapers and in the finacial markets that HRG is a held of a lot more valuable than what is being offered, yet they sit idle and do nothing.

I just do not understand why we have not heard anything at all from the large instutions who still hold millions of shares in HRG.  Do they feel that all that needs to be done is vote no to the offer, which, I certainly hope they do, and just wait for the next round.  They are the ones with the most clout, however, they sit and do nothing.
