I'm sure I speak for the vast majority when I say that I deeply appreciate all of the in-depth analytical work you have done, along with the sagacious advice and commentary of such luminaries as uncoverer, OWN, NC, and ccharlwood, just to name a few of the worthy off the top of my head. But someone absolutely has to step forward now and coordinate lawyer contact and legal representation, and since you seem especially well steeped and versed in HRG's true value along with TSX rules and the deceitful (IMO) practices of Severstal to date, why could you not take that lead, make that contact for us, and do so today? I did speak to him briefly. He knows a little bit of the situation but someone needs to take the lead. I am not comfortable in that position. If they like what they see they take the suit on contingency ( no upfront fee ).I thought someone else may have already contacted him.

Also find out where ccharlwood is with his legal initiatives. Several people have already volunteered monetary help; by my count it is in excess of $5100 to date, and this is without any formal appeal. I can't help much in that regard and have next to no legal or securities experience, but am willing to help in other ways. I'm sure many others are, too. Just look at the number of daily posts on this board! Glorieux has offered (06/09 post) to send messages out by email to those willing to share that information. Glorieux, are you still out there and what's the status on that front? The after-AGM meeting is also a good idea, although a before-AGM meeting might be even better. Why not both?

Seed money can be used to get the shareholders' list to help the lawyer's and Glorieux's efforts. We need to show courage by trusting one another with contact information, or otherwise become just another divided nation about to be conquered. Each one of us has to stand up and fight for our rights, and to not back away in the face of adversity. I am reminded of the words of former American president Teddy Roosevelt:

"It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs and comes up short again and again; who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumphs of high acheivement; and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly; so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither defeat nor victory."
