Doubt it. HRG/Severstal appears to have been put under the microscope so to speak and value has a way of continuing to reassert itself over time i.e. ( like the underplayed revised Bissa estimates) especially when the information becomes more widely disseminated.

Also, any " better " offers / proposals to the Board need to be made public as even recognized and noted by HRG  in their recent PR. In that instance, the nice check on that is the one making the improved offer makes it known.
