I am very sad to have to report that less than ten people here on this board have contacted me with their pledge of financial support.
Notwithstanding that most people are uncomfortable with sending money to a stranger, without immediate contributions from everyone who posts to/reads this board, we may not even make it to first base.
If your SH alias is on NaturalCurrency's list, then when should we expect your financial commitment?
(to shame everyone into contributing , see below for a copy of NC's list with a new column for: "pledge made?"
Legal costs in these type of actions are substantial. Lawyer's rates can be in the $500-600/hour range and they always need retainers (usually in tranches of $10k) to be paid up front before they commence and continue any work.
Current pledges to date are no where near enough to cover a first retainer installment payment. So, get out your cheque books and donate! (1% of the book value of your HRG holdings?) and consider it as an insurance premium towards protecting your original investment.
Any and all amounts will help, $100, $250, $500, $1000, $2000, $3000, $5000, $7500, $10,000
Legal action is a costly game. Funding requiremenets could reach well north of 6 digits
Lastly on behalf of all minority shareholders, I'd like to take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU" to everyone working diligently behind the scenes to move our effort forward. (and specifically drichard53 and ccharlwood who continue to volunteer enormous amounts of their personal time for the benefit of "all" us)
