RE: tender shares?

So if management says they support the minority shareholders getting ripped off, the only recourse is to tender shares?  Maybe in Russia or some other communist country, but we live in Canada where there are rules and regulations that must be followed!  The only recourse now is making them pay through the nose or keep the company public and watch the share price finally show its true value!
