Let them dilute the stock at a dollarThese are great production results for the quarter that were released today.
We all know the offer will fail miserably. The only question now is by how much and what they will do next.
Certainly they may raise the offer or try to dilute us further. In the first case we can say no again. In the second the threat of dilution would be much less if the stock was much nearer to where we think it should be. Let them dilute us at $1.25or $1.50. It will pay for building Prognoz or retire all existing debt. I just wonder who the idiots are on the offer now, especially after the results today. Dilution is only something to worry about if the stock is trading at a rediculously low value compared to its assets as it is now. The higher the stock price the less a threat it is... Do the sellers not see that....? I wish I had the money to run this damn thing up... For any large existing shareholders or institutions this seems like a no brainer. They arn't going to sabatoge the actual company... Let them squeeze us out at that price. I garentee the vwap price driving it up would be much less.
That was a great article today in the Moscow times. It would be amazing if someone in the media here picked up on this and we saw something similar in the Globe. If more people find out maybe we can increase public outrage at the lack of regulation and that the OSC would let let the Russians do this to us, thereby forcing them or some other agency to look into this and the BOD for breach of fiduciar duty to all of us minority shareholders. I believe this is a criminal matter as well as a securities matter. It certainly was with clowns like Madoff. This isn't that different. Maybe the RCMP. Who investigates matters like this??? I don't know but this can't be legal trying to run down the stock and grossly manipulating all of us minority holders and their control in a self serving endevour. The RCMP or whatever regional force wouldn't cost anything either... Maybe they could look into it.
