We must mount a strong offensive and make it absolutely impossible for them to take us over or at least ,at the price we all feel, is acceptable. Let 's give them a run for their money and drain and block all their effort till their money dries up.  We must remember, in numbers, we are strong and  Severstal is not in the best financial situation who is paying the most expensive investment bankers and lawyer to do their dirty work. These fellows need to be paid and if they feel they are not getting anywhere, they will advise to quit and run it for the benefit of all shareholders.
