Alex_27 you are incapable of empathy or logical reasoning of any type.
Severstal is the greedy one, that includes 27 of the Alex's, Alexi's, Alexey's in the HRG minority screwing squad.
There is a majority of minority shareholders that will not be selling or profit taking so your overly prayed for downtrend will exist only in your sleep, even then shares would trade from weak hands to stronger hands, so be careful what you wish for.
You sir are the reason that laws need to be in place.The everyday investor who invests their hard earned money into a company has an expectation that that company will act in their best interests, an expectation of a return of some kind. Laws are in place to protect the investor from criminals, like yourself, who believe that they can steal directly from the investor and call them greedy in the process.
