The TSX is a JOKE along with the "regulatory" agencies which supposedly protect you Canadian and other shareholders. Of course this was completely expected by many, so no real surprise. The Canadian joke agencies will claim there was no manipulation, or control, and its all just great. Others might wonder about a company listed on the TSX which has had endless emails sent to the regulators concerning the OBVIOUS manipulation of the share price.
In the end: they have some more money, some dilution, but with prospects still very good. The price is way below what it should be of course. I guess the Canadian lawyer, who looks every bit the lacky (IMO) of these guys, and is now an "independent" board member (now is that a laugh or what?????)  voted for this. Too funny, from my point of view.
The shaggy dog, soap opera continues. We are all Igor to move forward. Maybe they will get Putin to head over to Prognoz with a pick, shovel and a bucket. He can start mining it himself. You know, with pictures of him in full flex putting silver in his pockets. Don't you just love it? Russia and the TSX -  a match made in heaven. roflmao More to come, I am sure, and funny as it is, a higher price, after all the BS clears. They will not want much fluctuation in price till the deal closes.IMO And we ALL know they would never manipulate of control the price!!
