The need?- they are close friends.lol

The need?- they are close friends.lolI forgot to address your question, if actually serious, as to why the need for the dilution. Its ALL part of the plot line of course. They scurry around like little rats, trying to figure out how to get around their obvious problem areas, and get complete control for peanuts. Now of course these guys need to have sheep on the BOD and issue lots of shares at a low price to "real good friends". A friend here is one who votes for you and says bah bah bah, or maybe in this case more like a dog who just sits there licking his b***s.  If the Canadian authorities give this the OK, ask yourself what it would take for them to figure out it is all wrong????? Maybe they are still working on BreX and trying to figure out if there really is gold there! LOL
OK so the point: its all so ridiculous that it is obvious the Canadian authorities are inept. Nothing will get done, and in the end its just going to be how much to they offer for the remaining shares. Then after, I think a good old class action suit will be in order.IMO
I am willing to head up this one, if the lawyer says there is merit. Who cares about the money, I want to see these guys brought to task if possible.
