Share price explode after financing closes?

Share price explode after financing closes?Looking at the financing news and now the news posted about a Chinese buyer.    My only assumption is the share price will appreciate quickly after the financing closes.    If you value severstal's gold holdings in the 3 billion range, hrg has to be a major portion of that value.    With that in mind I would expect 1.25-1.50 value within weeks after the financing closes.     Keeping the price low has allowed Severstal to accumulate a good chunk of HRG at a discount and maximize there cash flow to help there steel business.      This is an assumption based on Severstal has decided to start boosting HRG value and there is indeed a buyer on the wings with an expected value.
Now my main concern is Severstal will sell HRG at a discount and the rest of there gold assets at a premium, this will average out the cost to the buyer but again screw the minority shareholders again.   So it is  likely that the share price may not benefit from HRG and Severstal support.     I am for blocking the financing through any legal means possible.
