BUT if you counted on that, you bought at particular times, sold at times and now are positioned with a low ACB. The TSX, they have some spectacular examples of useless ability to see the obvious. They are, as mentioned previously, acting just like the guys in the U.S regarding the Bernie Madoff thing. Lets see, does this sound familiar? It is not our job, we didn't know, everything appears to be according to the law, we are investigating, the warnings are just heresay, etc etc etc. They get told, they get warned, but they do nothing, they are beaurocratic paper shuffle, do nothing guys.IMO No balls whatsoever. BreX, Severstal, and many others, in my opinion, are examples, and of course, not their responsibility, it is you the small shareholders who are supposed to figure it out and do something. roflmao It is form letters, BS and jerking off at its best from our government and beaurocrats.IMO
BUT as I have conjectured, the gold price will overwhelm them with respect to the stock price and valuation. They can be held accountable, in my opinion. And that is all I can say at this time. I am not going to communicate anything else. The stock price, it should move higher. The valuation far higher. And depending on whether they get more control, then it will be very interesting how this all ends up. I speculate, their costs, and frustrations coming up will exceed the value of keeping the share price suppressed, if that is in fact what they are doing, which is not clear at this point. They would not do that would they? LOL
My group, we are and have been accumulating, but I no longer will state what our position is, or what we are up to, as I am on my own mission. All I can say: Class action takes just one party. Timing is crucial to benefit some at the expense of others. IMO Cheers all. And time is on our side at this point. Thanks to more rope. LOL
