HRG-buyout

HRG-buyout  Severstal will move this to 60 cents, buy up the troika share, then offer 1.00 for full buy out... an almost 100% premium they will claim to current and moving avg prices.... and they will be successful in their bid... Game over minority.

Why do you think the spike to 98 cents? subsequents shorting and pushing back down?  This was planned.
