Any reason why Morgan Stanley would be selling small orders at .83 immediately after there is a buy at .84? Does this look like artificial resistance to you by someone trying to keep the lid on the HRG SP? I know that you said conflict of interest and management of HRG is not the responsibility of the OSC, but surely these constant and unusual trading techniques would be?
I guess if you have the money and power, Ontario markets are free game for unfair stock manipulation. Also, It would be nice to receive a response so I may add it to my records. I believe the truth will come out and it would be nice to show that the OSC was warned numerous times and chose to do absolutely nothing!!
