RE: why the selling at this low price?  IMO minorities are not selling, Severstal / Severstals minions are buy/sell to one another perhaps to make money, perhaps for more malicious reasons. When others start buying and driving the SP Severstal / minions undercut at the bid. IMO once the SP gains the slightest momentum it will keep going and while this makes money for all involved (except Rocknroller) LOL. I believe Severstal is doing their best to max. profits in the short term with this strategy
