HRGAGOGO or anyone in the know?

HRGAGOGO or anyone in the know?If Severstal tried another takeover bid and were to succeed, would we have any recourse?  Especially if they started positively promoting immediately after and sp were to appreciate dramatically?  How long typically does it take to launch and execute a take over bid?  Does this fit their time frame?
