Since the others will not respond I will ask you.  WHY would Severstal( strapped for cash) throw away 26M?  If they are takin us out then their investment is gone. I guess you could say it becomes part of the take out cost.  But WHY when it serves absolutely no purpose?  26M gone ... out the window.  Or maybe they want as many shares as possible (hence buying in the market AND the warrants)  Please answer this question!  otherwise i call Bullsh*t
