RE: Minority Letter to HRG & Severstal

I am publicly printing this here so that others can see it.  
Just so everyone knows, Chris and I talk and email to each other and have for a year +.
Chris - Please post all of the email addresses for everyone here. we can possibly collect of HRG Directors and their law firm so that we, as minorities, can also individually start our own email letter writing campaigns to these people.  
The hope is that we can halt the theft of Prognoz and to clearly articulate the fact that we, (most certainly I), will formalize a significant defence and formalize a claim that we are being financially brutalized by Severstal and their actions - AND - their inactions.
I've been in many public board level battles and was the CEO of a significant gold company myself on the big board on the TSX.  It also had a listing on Frankfurt.   I know many people on Bay Street and I know I have enough clout to launch this for the minorities.
Lets start the process.  I am prepared to table an offer to a law firm (one of the very largest in Canada) who has done billions of dollars in financial raises for mining firms - and who will do this on a percentage basis which is reasonable for us. 
I believe we have seen enough.  We have more than enough evidence so let's just stop being fed up and move.  It's go time for me...but it is your call for a few more weeks.  The fact that they are holding in their hand data which is market making is not allowed for this long.  They are trading on it, and yet they are not releasing the information.  This again is not allowed by the TSX.  The trades they have made to purchase shares and the backroom deals for shares they intend to buy and have purchased have been done so knowing insider details that they have not released to the public.  Furthermore they have suppressed details of Prognoz since they time the originally purchased their holdings.  they have not released all of these details.  
And, lastly, they have risked the 50% of Prognoz on a ridiculous issue considering the amount. If these Prognoz shares end up anywhere but HRG, then this is fraud - FRONT AND CENTRE.   I have explained the situation - had it further researched - and a firm is prepared to move ahead on a suit.  
My concern here is that doing so undermines what could be news to our advantage.  I know you feel the same.
I'll wait until after my vacation ends, but as I sit here enjoying the warmth, I can say that by the next board meeting, if nothing is clear - or if we have been shafted, then every single person holding minority shares will put full efforts into discrediting and destroying Nord Gold's, Severstal's and Russia's investment reputation.  
I have had it.  Completely had it.
...And I purchased more shares in the past few days.  I sinmply cannot believe this stock is trading at 1/3rd the price of its value.
