RE: Minority Letter to HRG & Severstal

 It is unfortunate that Severstal may force our hand legally, there is a big difference in being hard nosed in business dealings as compared to being stupid and greedy. That being said I think it is long overdue that we start communicating with Severstal in the only language they apparently understand. My Father and I plan on rounding our holdings in HRG up to an even 2 mill. shares in the next week and look forward to having our collective Voice's being heard. We can whisper or we can shout but We will not be ignored. Although I'm sorry it has to come to this I am also encouraged by the fact we as a group are now taking an offensive approach to Severstal, I believe they have mistaken our patience for weakness and lack of resolve. We have been in contact with Chris on several occasions urging him we need to take legal action, His insight has proven correct once again as we now have the best leverage of anytime because of the IPO launch and how vital it is to Severstals future.
