The management at Nord Gold continues to be unclear.
The article quotes the CFO, Kulichenko, who according to Nord Gold documents is a director of Nord Gold but acts as the CFO of Severstal.
This doesn't surprise me that corporate structure is still enmeshed.
I see two positives from the article: #1 Nord Gold is talking to the media and #2 This quote:
“We really need to focus on integrating the company and showing to everybody that we are able to deliver both volume and value efficiency in the business.”

If Nord Gold/Severstal wants to prove their ability to increase value, I will heartily concur. They need to begin with their most important asset - HRG.
