RE: My email to KonstantinGreat catch and email CJ!!  It is time to get proactive and as Market has stated start cc'ing HRG lawyer.  I'm sure they would not advise on such actions by HRG.  As I have stated before, this is now NordGold to these idiots and they don't care who knows it!! 

Does anyone think we should all pitch in for a lawyer again as we did a few years ago?  This blatant disregard for fiduciary responsibility to all shareholders is gross!!  Not posting info in a relevant time frame, burying it on their website when they do, or with the title "Nord Gold" for an HRG PR event??  This has gone too far in my opinion.  I know that the OSC has done nothing in the past but we had complained about manipulation, maybe with some of the recent events we can put some heat on these guys.
