Aaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahah  I needed this Friday humor!!  Seriously, its funny!!  Not a chance of swapping my shares!!  I have been calling this as have many others for a long, long, long, time!  It was hilarious that they said they weren't going to try for another takeover and some people bought it.  Dipsh*t a.k.a. Sleezball a.k.a. as*wipe a.k.a. MORDY needs our shares now more then ever.  We are in the drivers seat, please re-read my post from Jan 23rd below.  6-8 for 1???? Baaaaahahahahaha  This guy is an absolute f*ckin joke, excuse my french!  I'll sue his pants off with Market and many others when the time is right or if I get shafted by this idiot!! 

This is a great time people, they are getting impatient and can see we are not moving....let the negotiations begin!!!  Have a great weekend!  PROGNOZ + BISSA = BILLIONS!!!!

To trust what Severstal/Nord says is like riding a motor bike without a helmet.....just plain stupid! lol  I believe their main objective is to be 100% owners of HRG.  They own 100% of all other entities that make up Nord and it would make everything more seamless for them in terms of reporting, efforts and PROFIT.  They HAVE been buying shares of HRG (at discounted levels) with HRG borrowed money so they ARE trying to increase ownership!  IMO they are purposely not promoting HRG because of this.  Prognoz and our NEW N43-101 WILL be worth BILLIONS (when they are ready), trust me and this info will be well promoted for Nord Gold!!

 

What would be the reason to promote HRG for Nord Gold??  Do you think they want people investing in HRG over Nord?  Lets remember who were are dealing with and try to see things from their crooked.  I also don't believe the OSC would have any regulating powers over Nord borrowing from HRG and buying up shares.  This is a corporate law matter and we could eventually hold any Board members liable for these actions in the future.  We must focus on OSC regulatory functions, such as Nord buying shares with unreleased HRG data...or the fact that information is not released in a timely manner.
