Interesting and appreciated.  Can you comment more about the concern and the history between these two.  This could work well into any findings should HRG release their initial release, pull a fast one on valuation of HRG and then PRESTO - Hey look we found more gold.  This is what Nord has been doing since Day 1 after taking over HRG - and no doubt they will attempt it again.  But, we are on to this game - and so (should it appear) is the OSC.
