Thy, 

On another note re your comments on CIBC manipulation. I think you would need to provide detailed proof of the trades to be able to present that to the OSC. If you have the capability of gathering that information i would go for it. If i had those capabilities i probably would have done it by now myself. 

 

The OSC is obviously looking at HRG now so i would say we should strike while the iron is hot and bring up any issues that are present while they still have their eye on the company.
