Info - Seems Helmer knows about it.

.

That pdf file that is linked on Helmer's site sure looks like the list of complaints that the guys who set up that stockigloo site put together in attempts to have the regulators intervene in the WTG-CMM takeover.  I do not think that is Helmer's work.

.

I do not recall specifically and unfortunately the CMM blog is gone, but someone noted that Micon (my bad calling them Micron) has always done this kind of work for Finskiy and his companies.  If memory serves he has some business ties to Micon, or they get a substantial amount of work from Finskiy or something else - the point being that whatever it was, it appeared as though the independence of Micon appeared to fail the "avoidance of a look of impropriety." Sure wish that blog was there, perhaps there is record over on the igloo? So perhaps, my memory is faulty and as such this should not be relied on.

.

FWIW - my personal opinion is that I would not be surprised if it a predetermined outcome of the ounces emerges.

.

The "game" at CMM was apparently that some records were "lost and thus the ounces had to be cut.  I know old CMM shareholders are waiting on the "new" 43-101 report for Lamaque and fully expect those ounces to reappear, the records having been "found suddenly," as it could be reported.

.

All fwiw...
