It sounds like you're getting a little frustrated and I can understand why. I have been going through this since late 2008 and others have been here much longer. That being said, I have never seen a more positive time for HRG shareholders! HRG will never bring FMV as long as Mordy owns it but it can still appreciate a great deal from here.
The way I see it is the share swap will be turned down unless there is a backroom deal with one of the funds. This is a very strong, smart group and it will stand united. Unfortunately I don't think Nord will open the gates to full value as they still want 100% HRG for NORD. BUT, the OSC has put a spotlight on these crooks and they will now be forced to do something they didn't want to.....that is release the drill results and increase IMO our reserves! They will also have to be very careful as there is now OSC backed proof for any lawsuit that may take place, and they do not want that.
They will still play games but I think it will be harder to do and we the minority must keep the emails coming to the OSC,. We need to use them to force Nord's hand. Start asking about the Prognoz results that were updated but not released in a NR? Ask about Nord borrowing money and then buying shares of HRG while holding undisclosed information. If we keep the pressure on they will be forced to act. Don't sit back and complain while only a few of us send emails and hope your shares increase in value. Everyone must do their part, we need to absolutely bombard the OSC. I challenge everyone and post your emails here.
