I as many of you are completely frustrated by the lack of upward movement in HRG share price.  I think it has do do with many factors;

 

1. intelligent investors that do a great deal of DD will realize that dealing with Severstal and Mordy is not in the minority's best interest.
2. Most investors will not uncover the many ways that Severstal / NORD have hidden profits, such as the write down of Prognoz, dilution through questionable deals and the stock piling of gold (Q3 2011)
3. Most investors will not uncover the truth about HRG's potential as it has been hidden on purpose to conceal HRG's true worth.  This means drill results and resource increases.

 

IMO The reason MOST investors won't see all this is the fact that most investors don't look very hard!  Most investors don't join bullboards, dig through financials or have the capacity to get to the bottom of all this.  Therefore here we sit and we sit here because Severstal / Mordy / Nord have made this our destiny.  Unfortunately all of the hard work people like Chris Charlwood , Marketmaker, John Helmer and the many others have put in to bring the truth forward has usually just ended up falling on deaf ears or in the hands of current HRG Shareholders.

 

I propose we try something different!  Let's start posting or sending information to people or organizations that are looked at or queried as "news".  I know that I along with many other people rely on sites such as yahoo to get alerts and NR's on the companies I track.  I have found that for the most part the alerts are usually what either the companies themselves release (not gonna happen here) or articles and blogs written on legit sites by simple investors like you or I...............I propose that we chose someone or multiple people from this board we trust, and they become a contributor on a site such as Seeking Alpha.  By mentioning the name of the company or stock symbol it should start showing up under HEADLINES on the forum people choose to watch their stocks on.  I would personally ask the permission to use information from others here to do so, in some cases this may be a straight up cut and paste?

 

Can anyone see anything negative by doing this?
