RE: RE: Told you for 2 yrs this would go nowhere I think expecting a cash offer out of Nord is unrealistic. They want our shares to increase their Nord float. Its the ONLY reason they need them. Why would they buy us out for cash? They already control 100% of the company, don't hold AGMs for the minority shareholder and don't listen to a single thing we say. What would be the point of burning cash on the rest of the shares? They don't even have the cash for the buyout anyways. This is evident by the now $148M they have "borrowed" from us.
