RE: RE: RE: RE: Told you for 2 yrs this would go n

Im sorry but as much as i want this to be true, i just dont agree with this theory. If the large minoirty shareholders have said they want North of 3+ (which i dont think they have. They said they want fair value), then why do you think a cash offer of $2 would fly?

If Nord uses every bit of HRG cash to buy us out they are left with nothing to start paying out a dividend. Mordy's end goal here is to flip Nord off to a buyer for a profit. If they are laden with debt from purchasing us, they will have a hard time raising Nords SP.

This also leaves the problem of increasing Nord's float. Are they going to issue more shares? Not likely. So what is more likely, Mordy floating some of his shares or Mordy trying to do a share swap with us? That kills two birds with one stone. Consolidates HRG and Nord gets to keep all HRG's cash.

I really dont think its much of a question at this point what kind of offer they will make. I would MUCH prefer cash, I just think that is the least likely option at this point. If they do end up doing that i certainly wont complain, but i'm not going to count on it.
