RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: re share swap

I wont be moving my investments to Nord for a couple reasons. One, its not traded in Toronto which makes it expensive to trade. Two, Nord will not see its true value until it consolidates HRG. I would like to be a part of that consolidation hopefully for a profit.

My point, that folks seem to be missing is that expectations are too high. A 2:1 swap would be lovely. You wouldn't see me complaining, but Nord has the idea of a 5:1 swap in their head. Nord needs our shares but we need them just as much to purchase those shares. Mordashov has time on his side. I don't want to sit with HRG going sideways for the next 2 years. In the interest of expediating this process i am suggesting folks be open to the idea of accepting a share swap. Not a lowball share swap but one that is fair value with the promise of more increase in share price through Nord stock. I think all this talk of "2:1 or Mordy can take a hike" is unrealistic in the end. You're asking for a great premium over the current sp and the Russians simply wont pay it. If i'm wrong then great, but i would be amazed if we ever get an offer that good, if we get an offer at all.
