yeah, maybe you're right...but it still stinks IMO.....first off WHO is going to set the rate and what numbers are they going to use....If the process goes it's course is there some sort of authority that will certify that our value will not be shrunk......we all know we're undervalued compared to our production BECAUSE of the "Zivagho" factor....whoever does set the rate will just set it at our current discounted rate......no??? Our "metrics" are right up there at the top of the industry... that's because our SP is so low...IMO anyway.
