What's with the math??????

What's with the math??????

I had a good laugh reading the Q2 results....could they have put any more "dissapointings, bottlenecks" and any more negative words is a single PR??...LOL... But the NUMBERS are there and they are great!!! They couldn't fudge that...or could they???? hummm....call me suspicious but I would bet "dollars to donuts" that the real numbers are even better.....these guys have an agenda AND a track record

it's now obvious why the SP traded down in the last few weeks....they pushed it down...wonder how many shares they used up to do that one....but it does make the premium sound almost "fair" when you compare to a lower number...nice trick

but I don't get the math.....they are offering .285 of a NG share for a HRG share...and two lines later it states that HRG assets will constitute SIXTY PERCENT of the new NG????????????? I would like the Zhivagoes to explain that one to me....Come on boys, you got different math you using over there in Moscow...OR WHAT???

This ain't gonna fly, is it??? Maybe I'm missing something. Somebody explain that math to me.....PLEASE!
