The offer is lower than the 52 week high.  Also, we have a new mine opening next year and still have no progress on prognoz.  I want value for both of these assets before I sell.

I have been in HRG since before the long ride down to .07 and bought more near the bottom.  I lived through the last takeout offers and am willing to wait even longer.
