Thanks for the article Tryte. my favorite part is where Nord says that they will use cash on hand to finance the takeover bid . How about they first pay back the loan that they took from hrg , give a proper valuation of hrg. There is no mention of how much of the Nord production of 770,000 oz gold is directly attributal  to HRG production. As for the special committee, it's very special and im guessing more appropriate to call them the three stooges of Mordy. does anyone truly believe that these guys will give a fair valuation . Lol !!!!! .give us $ 4 bucks atleast  and I might consider so ya real low ball Mordy !!!  Aint getting my shares any time soon .
