Traded at $1.44 ealier today.

Traded at $1.44 ealier today.

We hold 300k shares, and the answer is NO to offer. Based on EPS and financials from the latest company Q, I'll accept offer at $2.50, about a 10 multiple of the PE, but this is not putting into consideration:

1) upcoming resource updates

2) start of Bissa +100koz a year

3) 0 value on prognoz

If I put a value on those 3, well then... it'll be more like $4.00+ at current metal prices.

Also, HRG traded at a day high of $1.44 today. If it's not agents of Nord buying on the open market, then that should tell us that not a whole lot of ppl believe this pathetic $1.40 offer will fly, and ppl expect a higher offer coming donw the road.
