What an absolute criminal this guy is!!!  I love the confusing wording......."Including this additional lock-up agreement, minority High River shareholders holding an aggregate of 59,900,206 Common Shares, representing approximately 29 percent of the High River Common Shares not already owned by Nordgold and its affiliates, have committed to tender their Common Shares and accept the GDR Offer." So with all the Major Minority shareholders that they have "LOCKED UP", Nord has only been able to lock up 29% of the minority shares??????  Hhahahahahaha Only 61% more to gain the 90% needed!!
