Thank you for the kind words 1marketmaker, you have been a great source of knowledge and insight over the years. I must admit that if the Canadian Business Act did not allow the 3 year grace period for legal action after the sale I can't say for certain I would come to the same conclusion. I will be watching and you can count me in 100% if our group does decide upon legal action. MM
